Booty Luv® Fitness is a fusion of barre, Pilates, yoga, balance training, FUN-ctional movement and booty breakdowns™ designed to strengthen your core, hips, legs, and booty—while helping you feel more confident, energized, and at home in your body! Open your hips and heart with a variety of videos that can be done anytime, anywhere- with or without equipment.


The HIGH ENERGY, LOW IMPACT movements are simple, effective, and joyful. Expect heart-pumping sequences, booty-bumping beats, and giggle-inducing vibes. These workouts  build strength, balance and will leave you sore in all the right places!

Heather Craig

Founder, Booty Luv® Fitness


Heather Craig is the founder of Booty Luv® Fitness and Body Luv Fitness LLC, based in Portland, Oregon.


When she’s not teaching wait-listed classes in Portland, Heather leads international Booty Luv® Beach Retreats, teaches at music festivals, trains clients one-on-one, and films new on-demand workouts for the Booty Luv® community.


Heather's here to make movement FUN & ACCESSIBLE by empowering people to feel sexy, strong and sore in all the right places.
